RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges:
We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. We will provide you a free* pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.Returns:
You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via a KA Gift Card.***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item : $3.95 Flat Rate*. (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund***
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, Klub KA and Awareness Collection are final sale.Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. You must be able to provide us with enough information in order to locate proof of purchase.SHIPPING INFO
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Parcel Direct International Priority - DDP. It generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency.
If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.
KINSLEY ARMELLE is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by DHL, KINSLEY ARMELLE is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.
We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur.
Duties and taxes are paid on Kinsley Armelle's behalf with our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. If you are charged duties/taxes upon delivery, please reach out to us for reimbursement (Receipt of payment made will be required).
If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.
